Kettlebell complex

Complexes are great for adding variety into your exercise sessions. These are circuits of exercises performed one after the other and will help increase your endurance as well as your strength. They are excellent if you are pressed for time and need a quick workout. The below complex can be done with one kettlebell and mixes the exercises accordingly so different muscle groups are used which will delay the onset of fatigue. The complex consists of 10 exercises providing a workout for your whole body. Once completed, you will have performed 100 repetitions in total.  Rest for 1 minute between each round. As your fitness levels improve, increase the weight used and/or decrease rest period. You can also perform the whole complex again.

Round 1: 10 swings and 10 goblet squats.
Round 2: 5 backward lunges (left), 5 backward lunges (right), 5 shoulder presses (left) and 5
shoulder presses (right).
Round 3: 5 cleans (left), 5 cleans (right), 5 halos (clockwise) and 5 halos (anti-clockwise).
Round 4: 5 bent over row (left), 5 bent over row (right), 5 sideways lunge (left) and 5
sideways lunge (right).
Round 5: 5 snatches (left), 5 snatches (right) and 10 deadlifts.
