One kettlebell workout

You may only have one kettlebell to train with and feel that your workouts are limited. But don’t be fooled into thinking that you need a pair of them as to be honest, in most cases it is not necessary to have more than one to get a really productive workout. That is another reason why kettlebells are so cost effective. I found a great article, via Dragon Door, I would like to share with you. It is about new ideas for one kettlebell workouts which also incorporate exercises using just your body weight.  It contains many workout options (an example is provided below) and will help to get your creative juices flowing to get even more out of kettlebells.

Swing 10 reps
One goblet squat
Swing 15 reps
Two goblet squats
Swing 25 reps
Three goblet squats
Swing 50 reps
Rest
